Rules and Regulations

 

  • All contestants must be a minimum of 14 years of age, and no older than 19 years of age by June 30, 2010. Birth certificates may be required.
  • All contestants must be born female, never married or given birth to a child.
  • All contestants must not have ever been convicted of a crime.
  • All contestants must be at least ¼ Filipina and a current resident of California.
  • All contestants must be in good health.
  • The Miss Teen Philippines Organization reserves the right to determine all eligibility decisions.
  • All applicants agree to release unconditionally, any claims against the Miss Teen Philippines Organization in connection to their participation in this pageant such as, but not limited to the use of their name, photos and/or biography for use in promotional and advertising material.
  • All contestants and their parents/guardians agree to hold harmless all persons affiliated with the Miss Teen Philippines Organization, in case of any loss or injury which occurs during, or in travel to and/or from this program.
  • All contestants and their parents/guardians must execute all consents and/or waivers of liability presented as conditions prior to competition.
  • All applicants agree that if they are chosen as contestants they assume all responsibility for payment of fees. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
  • All contestants agree to accept all results announced by the judges as final and irrevocable.
  • The Miss Teen Philippines Organization reserves the right to alter any dates, times and/or locations. All events may be added, removed or rescheduled at the sole discretion of the Miss Teen Philippines Organization.
  • All contestants agree that any contestant and/or or guest exuding unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to the disqualification of the contestant. No refunds will be given.
  • If for any reason the reigning Miss Teen Philippines of CA elects not to participate, her title will be revoked and all awards will be returned to the Miss Teen Philippines Organization.
