Rules and Regulations
- All contestants must be a minimum of 14 years of age, and no older than 19 years of age by May 31, 2008.
- All contestants must be born female, never married or given birth to a child.
- All contestants must be at least 1/4 Filipina.
- All contestants must be in good health.
- Any employees and relatives of the Miss Teen Philippines of CA Organization are not eligible to participate.
- Miss Teen Philippines of CA Pageant Organization reserves the right to determine all eligibility decisions.
- All applicants agree to release, unconditionally, any claims against the Miss Teen Philippines of CA Organization in connection to their participation in this pageant such as, but not limited, to the use of their name, photos and/or biography for use in promotional and advertising material.
- All contestants and their parents/guardians agree to hold harmless all persons affiliated with the Miss Teen Philippines of CA Pageant, in case of any loss or injury in which occurs during, or in travel to and/or from this program.
- All applicants agree that, if they are chosen as contestants, they assume all responsibility for payment of fees. Registration and sponsoship fees are non-refundable.
- All contestants agree to accept all results announced by the judges as final and irrevocable.
- Miss Teen Philippines of CA Organization also reserves the right to alter the date and location of the pageant, if necessary.
- All contestants agree that any contestant and/or a guest exuding unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification of the contestant. No refunds will be given.
- If for any reason the reigning Miss Teen Philippines of CA elects not to participate, her title will be revoked and all awards will be returned to the Miss Teen Philippines of CA Organization.
